Why I Started Fit in Fifteen
Fit in Fifteen is dedicated to providing busy individuals with the tools and resources they need to stay healthy and fit in just fifteen minutes a day. My mission is to make fitness and wellness accessible to everyone, no matter how busy their schedules may be.
As a certified Yoga Teacher (200h, YA) and a Certified Health & Wellness Coach, my two biggest passions were easy to integrate.
When I began my fitness journey I found barriers to be the hardest obsticles. Not enough time for workouts, gyms are expensive, too much commitment, too difficult to stick to over-consuming habits and so on. Does this sound like you, too?
I designed Fit in Fiteen to remove all those barriers. The workouts can be completed anywhere, anytime, entirely free with zero equiptment and not involving overzealous commitments. Fifteen minutes a day can truly change your life, giving you the most fit body you have ever had, much like it did mine.
